Diagnosing and enhancing school “connectivity”: a workshop simulation;
An institution is like a tune: it is not constituted by the individual sounds but by the relationship between them (Perter Drucker)
In this workshop, participants will explore the “sounds” of a school that is in “tune” with particular emphasis on the role of the Deputy Principal in creating and sustaining “harmony”. The workshop will make use of the IDEAS project’s framework for school Alignment and associated diagnostic tools.
