Phil Campbell has been in the financial services industry since April 1983. Phil is a certified financial planner, a fellow of the Association of Financial Advisers of Australia and a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.

Phil, with Paul Hardick and Richard Tasich are the directors of Edplan. The name Edplan has become synonymous with providing specialist financial advice to the NSW State Teaching profession.

Over the last few years Phil has given talks not only to the teaching profession on financial planning but has been a sought after speaker both here and in Asia where financial advisers pay to attend his lectures.

Phil has specialised in providing advice on the different State Super funds within NSW and it is this expertise that has made Edplan the preferred advisory median for so many teachers and executive staff within the Department of Education and Training. Phil, Paul & Richard have been speakers several times at many district and state conferences.
